A fun and refreshing tropical Mojito perfect for your summer parties.
Ingredients
1 Lime, Sliced
1½ teaspoons Sugar
4 sprigs fresh Mint Leaves
1 large Ripe Passionfruitor 1 Tablespoon Passionfruit Puree or 2 Tablespoon Passion Fruit Syrup
50 ml White Rum
50-60 ml chilled Club Soda
Few Ice cubes
Method
Combine Sugar, Mint Leaves and Lime Juice in the bottom of a pitcher or a cocktail shaker. Use a muddler to press the ingredients in the pitcher so that the mint leaves are crushed and the limes release their juice.
Pour the Passion Fruit Puree or Syrup, Rum and Ice and stir gently.
Divide into two glasses and top over with Club Soda.
Garnish with Fresh Mint Leaves and Lime Slices and serve immediately.
