2016

Prakhar's Kitchen started in 2016, as a recipe Blog where focus was to  make things healthier. We started with modernizing Traditional Indian Recipes.

2018

With the Success of Recipe Blog, I worked at several restaurants across the world and learned more about food and beverages.

Each day brought new thrills and new challenges

2019

The fire to safeguard traditional food and blend with modern methods were now burning. We we are a community, based on learning and preserving traditional food and heritage.

"Kitchen Gyan" section is a special blog that focuses on spreading knowledge about food.

"The Cork Story" spreads awareness about Alcoholic Beverages, focused on Wines and Indian Spirits
