Ingredients
1 cup Sweet Corn Kernels, steamed
1 to 2 teaspoons Butter
½ tsp Chilli Powder or add as per taste
1-2 tsp Lemon Juice
1 tsp Chaat Masala
Black Salt or Regular salt as required
Method
Heat Butter in a broad non-stick pan, add the Sweet Corn Kernels and sauté on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes.
Add the Chilli Powder, Chaat Masala, Lemon juice and Salt, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 to 2.
Serve immediately.
