Ingredients
3 Tbsp Instant Coffee
3 Tbsp Sugar
1 Tbsp melted Dark/ Milk Chocolate
60 ml hot Milk
60 ml Frothed Milk
Methods
Please note you need to be quick in this, but very cautious as well.
Beat Coffee and sugar until triple in volume and frothy.
Divide into 3 parts.
Part 1: Mix 1 tbsp spoon Hot Chocolate, then mix 30 ml warm Milk. Keep Aside.
Part 2: Beat warm milk with help of a whisk or fork, mix into coffee mix. Keep Aside
Part 3: Mix coffee mix to frothed milk and keep aside.
Assembling
In an empty clean glass pour the mixture prepared with 1st part, slowly.
Now, pour second part very carefully and slowly using back of a spoon. keeping the cup as low as possible.
Then Pour third part using back of spoon, very slowly.
Then Pour frothed milk over it.
