Enjoy this Hibiscus White Cafè Mocha to warm your soul. Filled with hibiscus extract, white chocolate and milk, this healthy Cafè will be your new favorite warming drink!
This recipe uses Edible Flower Extract.
Ingredients
120 ml Milk
2 tsp sugar
3 tsp instant coffee powder
1 tsp cocoa powder
10 ml concentrated Hibiscus Extract
Method
In a small bowl. Mix cocoa powder with two spoon milk. Keep aside.
In a mug, add coffee, sugar and 2tsp water. Beat until frothy and stiff peaks
In a pan, heat milk then add chocolate.
When chocolate melts, turn off flame and mix Hibiscus extract.
Pour 3-4 spoon milk into beaten coffee and mix lightly.
Using a back of spoon pour rest of milk very slowly. Bottoms Up!!
