Eggless Pancake | Pancakes without Eggs Recipe with video.
Pancakes are one of the most common English Breakfast, it has spread across the world just in a while. I have been allergic to eggs and this is one thing I miss the most. It is very easy to get a pancake fluffy if it has eggs in it. but without eggs this took me around 10-15 tries. And when its about Pancake whom to trust apart from a Brit.
Pancakes are generally served for breakfast and are usually topped with jam, honey, cream cheese, syrups and dry fruits.
Ingredients
200 gm All Purpose flour
14 gm Baking Powder
15 gm Sugar
2 gm Salt
150 ml Milk
30 ml Refined Oil
2-4 drops vanilla Extract
Topping of your Choice.
Method
In a large mixing bowl take Flour. You can alternatively use wheat flour as a healthier option.
Then Add Sugar, Baking Powder and a pinch of salt. Mix Well to combine all dry Ingredients.
Then add Oil, Milk and combine well with the whisk. Add oil in two parts to make sure no lumps are formed. It should be a thick batter.
On a Heated nonstick pan, Pour a ladle of prepared pancake batter, right in center and slowly; do not spread.
Cook on a low flame until bubbles start to appear on surface.
Flip over the pancakes and cook on low flame until it starts leaving surface and get a golden color.
Serve with topping of your type. Or you can apply Nutella over it and serve with oranges like I did.
