Chocolate Parfait

It’s been quiet prominent that me and my love for sweets is something that I always say Yes to desserts. But it turns out that my parents have sugar problems therefore it is always a struggle to make something sweet.

Moreover desserts are loaded with lots of carbs which are not good for health. Specially for these days when everyone is just sitting at home, can’t go out because of Lockdown. So as I was craving to have something cool and sweet without much efforts I turned out to try this for Easter Dinner. And this just turned out to be amazing, beautiful texture lovely melt in mouth consistency and the best part is it’s tastes stays in your mouth for a while.

This is one dessert which I ‘m gonna make whenever I want to have something that’s sweet but not too much and packed with nutrients. Delicious Organic yogurt Dark Chocolate Parfait with Raspberry and Homemade Granola.

An extra touch of yogurt and Decadent chocolate is what gives its distinct flavor. Packed Proteins, Vitamins, Calcium and Fibers.

Parfait is a light, airy and layered dessert served with something fruity and crisp. For this recipe just to add a small twist i have added gelatin to it so that its plating can be something different what we usually find. If you don’t have gelatin available or don’t want to take the pain of this plating as it turns out to be a bit difficult than usual you can simply skip the gelatin part and layer parfait in glasses.
