Conversion from Cups to Grams

I get a lot of questions asking about how to calculate ingredient in grams.

a lot of recipies say 1 cup, 1Tbsp and 1 tsp, and what we don’t know is how many grams is one cup or spoon which affects final product. So I thought of starting with first post in this section from this very commomny asked question.
